He is a public school teacher, department chair, and holder of the Connecticut 092 Administrator Certificate.
Don also holds teaching certifications in Psychology, Health, Business, and Military Studies.
Lastly, he has earned two 6th Years, the first in Educational Leadership & Special Education and the second in Teacher Specialist.
